Please see below a message from the Activity and Service desk regarding sign-ups for Season 3.

Activities and Service – Season 3 signups (All grades)

Monday, 10 January – Friday, 22 January

Season 3 Activities and Service sign-ups will commence on Monday, 10 January.

• Weekday Activity Programme registration will be done using the College CIMS portal. For our registration guide click here. Registration will be available when the sign-up window opens each Season (dates above).

1. K1-G3 registration is accessed using the parent's account only. Parents should access CIMS through the parent portal click here.

2. G4-G6 registration is accessed using the student's  & parent's accounts. For the Parent sign up link, please click here. For Student sign up link please click here.

3. G7 to G12  registration is accessed using the student's account only. For the Student sign up link please click here.

	Monday, 17 January, 3pm – Wednesday, 19 January, 3 pm	Confirmation and Payment period (Note: After the deadline, any unconfirmed and/or unpaid places will be released for Clearing Phase)
Clearing Phase (Round 2)	Thursday, 20 January, 3pm	Sign up opens; first-come, first-served; places confirmed upon submission and payment (if required)
	Saturday, 22 January, 3 pm	Sign up closes
